2022’s theme for Mental Health Week was loneliness, as research has shown that young people are even more likely to feel lonely than the elderly. 

So we gave the iconic Channel 4 Giant, the only one of his kind, a voice (narrated by the brilliant Tuwaine Barrett) and a chance to give his take on handling loneliness.
